That must be why RIM (Research in Motion), the BlackBerry’s maker, has skyrocketed to the top of the smart phone industry ever since releasing the device in the new millennium. The BlackBerry is one of the best mobile devices in the world and it revolutionized the mobile phone industry. With mobile phone, email, web browsing, texting and faxing and multi-touch interface the BlackBerry made it possible to put the world in our pocket via a handheld device.
iTunes is another phenomenal device. Ever since it hit the market in 2001, it’s had consumers in its thrall. But people want all of their devices synched so that all of their functions are transferable. Now they have their iTunes and their BlackBerry too with an application called PocketMac TunesSync for BlackBerry. This is an app that BlackBerry and iTunes users are going to want to have.
A company called PocketMac brainstormed this application that can sync all of your iTunes with your BlackBerry. It’s going to be super popular with BlackBerry iTunes users. It lets you to pick a playlist of non-copy protected music in TunesSync and then instantly copy it to your BlackBerry. How cool is that?
The brains at PocketMac thought that people should use their BlackBerry for more than just managing contacts, calendars, tasks, not to mention making phone calls and connecting to the web. They specialize in expanding uses and applications for the Mac. PocketMac is run by two brothers – one brother is the design and engineering wizard and the other brother handles the sales and marketing for the business. Both brothers are total Macintosh devotees.
TunesSync for BlackBerry works with the BlackBerry Pearl 8100, Curve 8300 and 8800. The program can copy protected music files, but protected content can only be played within the iTunes device.
