Of course, most cell phones have caller ID so you can get their phone and find the number that way, or if for some reason you do not have access to the phone, then you can get the numbers that have called your child from the phone company where you have service.
Once you have the ten digit phone number, you will need to find a good reverse telephone lookup service to locate who the number belongs to. There are many of these services available online, some you will need to pay for, some are free. They offer different levels of service, you will just need to do your homework. If you require detailed information you will need to pay for that level of service. The paid option will give you much more accurate information.
In these times, it is easy to locate the information that you need to stop phone harrassers and predators. Always be sure to keep good records of what you are doing, so that when you go to the authorities with the information they will know that it is reliable and it came froom a good source.
