Make sure that you format it similar to the way that you format a telephone number, with two hyphens included. Google will recognize it as being a telephone number and the first result that they return to you will typically be what you’re looking for.
Even though it is not a popular option, paying somebody to look up the information for you is certainly the easiest way for you to go about doing it. In almost every case, they are able to look up this private information, even when it is not available to the general public. You can then learn what you need to know and go about your regular business.
