So You Want To Stop the Phone Calls
So you are getting prank calls or calls from telemarketers that you do not want? You answer your cell phone at three o’clock in the morning only to find out that the person has hung up on you. This is a very frustrating occurance and something that happens to a lot of people on a daily basis. You do not have to be clueless anymore, look the number that called you up on the internet, find out who is hiding behind that number.
It will not take you long to look up the number that is harrassing you online. You can have it done before they even hang up the phone. Then you can call them back by name and ask them to stop calling you. Or if they are harrassing you a lot, you can turn the address into your local authorities so that they can look into the situation.
Noone likes to get caught in the act. If you have a prankster that has been calling you, stop them in their tracks and do a reverse telephone number lookup on them. Chances are if they realize you know their name and address they will very quickly leave you alone. Noone likes to get caught in the act of doing something they should not be doing.
You have great power when you reveal to the person who has been calling you that you know their name and address. Most people think that they can hide behind a cell phone number and make calls without anyone knowing their identity. It is simply not true anymore with a reverse telephone number lookup. They can no longer hide behind the telephone.
If you find out that it is a telemarketer that is calling you, then you can immediately put yourself on the do not call list. It usually takes a few weeks up to a few months for the process to complete, but it will save you in the long run, especially when they call your cell phone, which is becoming more frequent nowadays. If it is someone that you do want to talk to, then call them back and catch up.
