The Much Anticipated – Twilight Saga: New Moon Dvd Release
All over the world Twilight fans are awaiting the New Moon DVD release. New Moon is the second in the Twilight saga and is the only movie expected to perform above and beyond its predecessor in terms of popularity and sales, in the past 12 months. Twilight sold over three million DVDs on the first day and was the hottest release of 2009. Pre-orders are available and are expected to push the New Moon DVD release over the Twilight numbers.
The production company for both Twilight and New Moon, Summit Entertainment, has announced that it will release an accompanied DVD called “Twilight in Forks” along with the New Moon DVD release. The new documentary, Twilight in Forks – The Saga of The Real Town, is the film that Summit Entertainment bought the rights to distribute. Jason Brown, a three-time Emmy award winner, directed the documentary.
“Twilight in Forks” shows the town of Forks where Twilight was filmed – showing the Forks high school, stories of the people living in Forks and the legends of the area. Fans will hear from the real life people living in Forks and how some are even mistaken as the Twilight characters Bella and Alice. Its release, alongside the New Moon Dvd release is expected to be early 2010.
The New Moon DVD release will be the second movie release inspired by the extremely successful Stephenie Meyer books: Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. “New Moon” continues the love story between Bella and Edward, a mortal and vampire, and takes it to new levels of suspense, action and intrigue.
In the movie “The Twilight Saga: New Moon”, Bella has survived a recent vampire attack and is looking forward to celebrating her eighteenth birthday with Edward, her vampire boyfriend, and his family. Suddenly, disaster strikes, as Bella gets a paper cut that produces a drop of blood that Jasper, a Cullen family member, cannot resist. Edward realizes that in order to protect Bella, he must leave the Cullen family and Forks forever.
Bella, now depressed and heartbroken, turns to Jacob, her most loyal friend for comfort. Like any good story, there is something about Jacob that Bella is not aware of and as she is haunted by a past enemy she finds herself thrown into the dangerous mix of vampires and werewolves.
The New Moon DVD release is expected to live up to fan’s expectations with a very attractive and talented cast consisting of Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Ashley Green, Taylor Lautner and Dakota Fanning. This is great news for Twilight fans!
